Overview

Korea Stock Analyzer MCP Server is a modular MCP server that delivers real-time Korean stock market intelligence and multi-faceted analyses. It supports local deployment via Claude Desktop with pykrx for real-time KOSPI/KOSDAQ data, and a serverless HTTP API using Yahoo Finance for remote access. Exposed tools include get_financial_data, get_technical_indicators, calculate_dcf, search_news, get_supply_demand, compare_peers, and analyze_equity. The server provides real-time financial metrics such as PER, PBR, ROE, EPS and dividend yield, plus technical indicators like RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, and moving averages. It computes intrinsic value through DCF valuation, monitors news and sentiment, and tracks institutional/foreign flow to reveal smart money trends. Peer comparisons help evaluate relative performance. Finally, it applies six traditional investing master strategies (Buffett, Lynch, Graham, Greenblatt, Fisher, Templeton) to produce a holistic equity analysis. The project is MIT licensed, built with Node.js and TypeScript, and includes a Python dependency layer for market data via pykrx. It is designed for education and research and not financial advice, with usage via Claude Desktop or Kakao PlayMCP endpoints.
