Overview
The Explorium MCP server enables AI tools to access Explorium's business data via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Hosted remotely at https://mcp.explorium.ai/mcp, it provides programmatic access to company search and enrichment, contact discovery, and rich business intelligence, including technology stacks, funding history, growth signals, and business events. Real-time data is aggregated from dozens of trusted external sources, empowering workflows with up-to-date firmographics, people data, and market signals. The repository contains configuration and setup files for connecting to the MCP server and describes multiple client integrations, including Streamable HTTP (recommended), Server-Sent Events, and STDIO, as well as integrations with Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, Zed, Cline, Roo Code, Gemini CLI, JetBrains AI Assistant, and Kiro. For self-hosting, Docker deployment is supported with an API access token; you can build and run a container with API_ACCESS_TOKEN and optional docker-compose. The actual MCP implementation runs on the remote Explorium server; server/index.js is a placeholder. Documentation and support endpoints are linked in the repository.
