Overview

Calendly MCP Server is an MCP server that provides a bridge to Calendly's scheduling platform. It supports core calendar capabilities such as retrieving current user information, listing, retrieving, and canceling events, managing event invitees, and listing organization memberships. It also introduces a Scheduling API integration enabling direct booking of meetings without redirects, event type discovery, real-time availability checks, and end-to-end scheduling with calendar sync and notifications. The server supports two authentication methods: Personal Access Token (PAT) and OAuth 2.0, with optional default user and organization URIs for performance. It can be run via NPX or local installation, and is configurable via MCP client configuration. The API tools include OAuth flows and API calls like get_current_user, list_events, get_event, list_event_invitees, cancel_event, and list_organization_memberships, as well as scheduling tools list_event_types, get_event_type_availability, and schedule_event (requires paid plan). Location options include Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, physical locations, and custom options. The project provides scripts for build, dev, and start, and follows MIT license.
