Openfort's MCP Server is a plug-and-play solution that enhances AI assistants by enabling them to interact with Openfort's infrastructure—creating projects, managing configurations, and querying data automatically as you build applications on Openfort's infrastructure. It ships with a broad toolbox (the MCP Server provides 42 tools) to interact with Openfort services, including capabilities for authentication, wallet and user creation, contract management, and policy generation. From chat prompts, the LLM can initialize new Openfort projects, scaffold new apps, and access up-to-date documentation to inform decisions. The server is designed to integrate with common editor environments and tools, with ready-made configuration snippets for Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, and Claude Desktop, allowing seamless tool calls and authentication flows. A guided workflow is provided: install the MCP server, add LLM rules to prevent drift, create a new project, and diagnose common issues. Additional troubleshooting guidance covers general errors, policy loops, npm dev script issues, and environment permission problems. For more details, see the official MCP Server docs.
