Overview
Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides AI assistants with access to real-time DeFi lending rates data. It aggregates data from 13+ protocols (Aave, Morpho, Compound, Venus, Lista, Moonwell, Euler, Drift, Solend, Jupiter, and more) and supports multi-chain access across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, BSC, Solana, and HyperEVM. The server offers five tools: get_latest_rates, get_dbi_index, search_best_rates, calculate_looping_strategy, and compare_platforms, enabling queries, rate comparisons, and looping strategy calculations. Data is sourced from defiborrow.loan (website and API) with real-time hourly updates. It is designed to be AI-ready for Claude Desktop, Cline, and other MCP clients, enabling conversational access to rates, DBI, best-rate searches, strategy calculations, and cross-platform comparisons. Quick-start and installation instructions are provided, along with Claude Desktop integration steps. This MCP server aims to empower AI assistants to make informed DeFi lending decisions by providing up-to-date information across multiple protocols and chains.
Features
get_latest_rates
Fetch the latest lending rates with optional filters for platform, chain, asset, collateral, and limit (default: 20).
get_dbi_index
Return the DBI (DeFi Borrow Index), a weighted average of stablecoin borrow rates across major protocols. No parameters required.
search_best_rates
Identify best borrow or supply rates for a given asset with required asset and type; optional chain and limit (default: 10).
calculate_looping_strategy
Compute leverage looping strategy metrics given platform, asset to borrow, collateral, collateralAmount, collateralPrice, and ltv.
compare_platforms
Compare rates across platforms for the same asset pair; requires asset and collateral; optional chain.
